We would like to remind the deadlines of the pre-reservations of the hotel rooms. Due to the high tourist season in June our agency is not able to hold the capacity of the rooms until the beginning of the symposium. Therefore we would like to ask you to book the rooms as soon as possible. For this reason we recommend to follow at latest the deadline of the Accommodation form (April 29, 2005).
